Introducing RELUX REWINDED from Tape Lab, a series of remastered, streamlined, and reLuxed albums from our vast library. We hope that this will make listening to Tape Lab more accessible and easier to find your favorite tracks. Essentially, we're taking the effort out of finding your favorite part by separating each track!
We wanted to take a chance and REWIND the tape. We're also breathing new life into these tracks, rewinding them (get it?). It's too cerebral but on brand.
The people have spoken (grumbled), and we listened! So, we will make the concession that, yes, more than 10 minutes is too long for a song! So, as such, we have taken on the colossal task of re-editing, remastering, remixing, and of course, reLuxing some of our older tracks.
The name is an homage to the first Tape Lab artist, reLux, consisting of 2yng2smpl & CD+. Eventually, we realized we needed to stick to releasing music under Tape Lab for branding consistency, so we retired the reLux moniker. But the music we made is still great!
NOW AVAILABLE
The first of the RELUX REWINDED series is now available, First Night Nephalem. Originally over 35 minutes long, this was one had some of our most immense and pummeling rhythms and keys from CD+. Instead of being one 35-minute album, it's now 10 individual tracks!

ORIGINALS
The originals are still great, though! And are long so as to simulate the experience of listening on Tape. We don't want to lose that, so all original full-length tape/demos are still available, but look out for more upcoming RELUX REWINDED classics in the coming months.
